Everyone calls me Liam and I have been in Randalstown since July 1997. I qualified from Queens University, Belfast in 1991 and since then things have changed a lot in dentistry. That is why I have spent over 100 hours a year on courses so that I can provide the best techniques and materials for everyone who comes to Quinn dental.
I have gained my DPDS (Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies) from Bristol University and has attended courses in Chicago, London and Seattle in 2010.
I previously worked in a few other practices but now enjoy owning and running my own practice. The dentistry undertaken at the surgery includes-:
• Tooth whitening
• Drill free dentistry
• Working with people who have dental anxieties
• Improving smiles
• Helping people to make their mouths healthier
• Helping people to reduce or eliminate headaches when possible through splints
and equilibration (check out bsos.org.uk for more details)
I regularly attend courses(over 130 hour annually)to improve the dental care we deliver. I have been to Chicago and Seattle in 2010 learning new techniques and technology.I attended the Chris Orr, “Cosmetic dentistry and aesthetic restorative dentistry certificate course”.
There appears to be an increasing number of people concerned about sleep/snoring problems, in particular Sleep Apnoea. I can now offer the Sleepwell appliance from S4S. If interested in finding out more give us a call or check out this link.

I qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2000 and then completed a year of Vocational Taining in Dublin, acquiring skills in general practice and in treating children, including some special needs patients. I then worked in Australia before coming to Northern Ireland where I've gained invaluable experience from fellow colleagues in a number of practices, both NHS and private.
I regularly undertake continuing professional development courses, both nationally and internationally given by world renowned clinicians.
This enables me to offer the most up to date treatments for my patients, especially in the field of cosmetic dentistry e.g.: tooth whitening, tooth
coloured fillings, veneers and smile design. Most of all, I enjoy caring for my patients and gaining their trust by providing good quality dental
treatment in a relaxed, gentle and friendly environment.
